- higher technical education
- experience in development of web-services based on XML-RPC technology on PHP
- in-depth knowledge and understanding of OOP principles and experience of writing OOP projects from the scratch
- experience in development and implementation of different APIs
- experience in DB design and optimization of SQL queries
- knowledge of technical english (read / write)
